Life is good...
I feel like I am in a happy place in my life. My marriage is great...we have our first little bundle of joy. Hubby and I are ready to have our 2nd child. Trying to concieve isn't the easiest thing for us but we are taking charge of our fertility. I am tracking my cycles and ovulation. I pray that everything will happen naturally.
With the hopes of our family expanding, we are So ready to move into a beech Tree townhome...I am so in love with this community.
So the search begins. THE issue is getting rid of our 2 bedroom condo. How in the world will we EVER sell/rent this place out. We are upside down in our loan. Just about everyone in america has lost the value in their home. What to do what to do.
Last week, hubby, the baby and I went to visit the model home in the beechtree community. I AM so in love. I just love the openess of the townhome...yet it's not all of the major responsibilty of a single family home. It's hard enough for me to maintain this tiny 2br condo...I can't imagine maintaining a huge SFH.
So I've decided to write this blog with the hopes of one day looking back at this blog in our NEW beechTree home.
